FAQ

Quick answers on delivery, returns and sizing. If yours isn't here, email hello@fennandfolk.com.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

How much is delivery?

The cost depends on what's in your basket and where it's going. You'll see the full amount at checkout before you pay, with no extra charges on arrival.

Why did my order arrive in more than one parcel?

Every item is sent directly from the brand behind it. If your order includes items from more than one brand, they arrive in separate parcels, sometimes on different days.

Will I get a tracking link?

Yes. When each parcel is on its way, we email you a tracking link.

My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?

If it hasn't arrived within 10 working days, or a parcel turns up damaged, email hello@fennandfolk.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.

Can I return something?

Yes. You can cancel any order within 14 days of the day it arrives, for any reason. Email hello@fennandfolk.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. You then have a further 14 days to send them back. Please return items unused.

Where do I send a return?

Items go back to the brand that sent them. Once you've emailed us, we'll reply with the right return address.

Who pays for return postage?

You do, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing. We suggest a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage.

When will I get my refund?

Within 14 days of us receiving the item back, or of you showing proof of postage if that's sooner. Refunds go back to your original payment method. If you return your whole order, we also refund the standard delivery charge you paid.

What if my item is faulty, damaged or not what I ordered?

Email us as soon as you can with your order number and a photo. We'll offer a full refund or a replacement, and we'll cover the cost of the return.

How do I find my slipper size?

The men's sheepskin moccasin slippers come in UK sizes 7 to 14. The women's come in EU sizes 36 to 42 (UK 3 to 9), and that product page has a conversion table. Conversions are approximate.

How do I choose a dog jumper size?

Every jumper page has a size guide. Our guide to measuring your dog for a jumper shows how to take the measurements.

How do I look after my item?

Care varies by product, so follow the care label and the guidance on the product page. For example, the hot water bottle cover removes for cleaning, and the chunky cable knit throw is machine washable.

Are the hot water bottles safe?

They are made to BS 1970:2012. Like any hot water bottle, they can cause burns, so always use the cover, avoid long direct contact with skin, and follow the care label.
